Guolian Corporation’s Feidoodoo Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Hainan State Farms Technology Group

On May 29, Yin Haifeng, Vice President of Guolian Corporation and CEO of Feidoodoo, led a delegation to visit Hainan State Farms Technology Group. The delegation was warmly received by Lin Fengyuan, Party Secretary and Chairman of Hainan State Farms Technology Group, along with other senior representatives.

During the visit, the two sides held in-depth discussions on key topics including the development of digital agricultural service systems, smart agriculture platforms, and cross-border cooperation in tropical agriculture. Following the discussions, both parties reached a strategic cooperation consensus and formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

He said that Hainan State Farms Technology Group has been deeply engaged in tropical agriculture in Hainan for many years, with a strong local service network, solid industrial foundation, and agricultural big data capabilities. Feidoodoo, meanwhile, has notable advantages in supply chain integration, digital platform operation, and the implementation of smart agriculture solutions.

According to Lin, the cooperation will focus on the development of digital and intelligent agricultural services for tropical crops. The two sides will work together to promote digital service capabilities such as drone-based crop protection, agricultural technology services, production management, and agricultural input supply.

In addition, both parties will jointly build a smart service platform and AI application system for tropical agriculture, develop standardized smart farm demonstration projects, and collaborate in areas such as digital circulation of tropical agricultural products, cross-border agricultural cooperation, digital technology research and development, and the formulation of industry standards.

Yin Haifeng said Feidoodoo is positioned as an industrial internet and digital platform for agricultural inputs, with mature capabilities in industrial digitalization, supply chain integration, and cross-border services. The company is committed to building a new smart development model across the entire agricultural input industry chain.

She noted that Hainan State Farms Technology Group has a province-wide offline agricultural service network and strong local implementation capabilities, making it an ideal partner for the deployment of digital agricultural services.

Through this cooperation, Feidoodoo’s online digital technologies and platform resources will be deeply integrated with Hainan State Farms Technology Group’s offline service network. The two sides will also jointly develop a B2B trading and branded supply chain system for tropical agricultural products, expand cross-border channels for tropical agriculture, and conduct joint research on key digital technologies and industry standards.
